Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the bnbmakers website, API and market-making service. By using them you agree to these terms.
Last updated October 18, 2026
§01Acceptance#
By connecting a wallet, signing in, launching a coin, creating a maker or depositing BNB, you accept these terms and the risk disclosure. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
§02Eligibility#
You must be of legal age where you live and allowed by the laws that apply to you to use a service like this. You may not use it if you are subject to sanctions or live where it is prohibited. You are responsible for checking this.
§03What the service is#
bnbmakers is software that helps you launch coins on Flap, a third-party launchpad on BNB Chain, and runs a market maker for each coin by rules you set. It is not an exchange, broker, bank, custodian of your own wallet, investment adviser or fund.
§04Custody of maker funds#
A maker’s treasury and trading wallets are controlled by keys the bnbmakers server holds and uses to carry out your settings. By funding a maker you hand those funds to this software to trade, subject to your settings, pauses and withdrawals. Funds leave a maker only for its owner wallet, its own wallets, or the platform wallet for a profit fee if one is set.
§05Your wallet and your signatures#
You are responsible for your own wallet, its keys and everything it signs. A signed approval authorises exactly the change it names. A launch and a deposit are on-chain transactions that cannot be undone.
§06Ownership of a maker#
The wallet that creates a maker is its only owner and cannot be changed. If you lose access to it, nobody can change the maker or withdraw its funds for you.
§07Fees#
The platform receives 20% of the tax that reaches a launched coin’s Split Vault, through the split locked at launch, and a profit fee only if one is published in the service’s configuration. Flap, PancakeSwap and BNB Chain charge their own fees. Fees may change for makers created later; a launched coin’s split cannot change.
§08Coins you launch#
You are responsible for the coins you launch: their names, tickers, images, descriptions and links, and for any claims you make about them. Do not launch coins that impersonate others, infringe rights, deceive buyers or break the law.
§09Prohibited use#
Do not use the service for wash trading, market manipulation, fraud, money laundering or sanctions evasion. In particular, do not run makers from several wallets you control on the same coin so that they trade with each other, and do not try to break, overload or get around the service’s checks.
§10No advice#
Nothing on the site, in the docs, on maker pages or on leaderboards is advice or a recommendation. Copying a strategy copies settings, not results.
§11Risk#
Using the service can lose you all of the BNB you put in. The risk disclosure is part of these terms.
§12Third-party services#
The service depends on Flap, PancakeSwap, BNB Chain, RPC providers, IPFS gateways and wallet software that bnbmakers does not control. Their failures, changes or decisions can affect your maker, and bnbmakers is not responsible for them.
§13Availability and changes#
The service may be down, run in dry-run mode, pause launches or change its features at any time, with or without notice. Settings and limits described in the docs may change for makers going forward.
§14Stopping a maker#
bnbmakers may pause or close a maker that breaks these terms, that a court or authority requires it to stop, or whose operation would put other users at risk. Closing returns a maker’s funds to its owner wallet as described in the docs.
§15Points#
Points are a record of activity with no cash value. They are not a token, a security or a promise of any future reward, and the rules may change or end at any time.
§16Disclaimer of warranties#
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including that it will be secure, error-free, profitable or uninterrupted.
§17Limitation of liability#
To the fullest extent the law allows, bnbmakers and the people behind it are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses from market movements, third-party services, your own wallet, or events beyond reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees the platform received from your makers in the twelve months before the claim.
§18Indemnity#
You agree to cover losses bnbmakers suffers because you broke these terms or the law while using the service.
§19Changes to these terms#
These terms may be updated. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
§20Contact#
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact channels listed on the site.
